Weekly schedule
Classes follow a regular weekly schedule agreed with your tutor at enrollment — for example, two fixed 25-minute sessions on the same days each week. Your exact days and times are set together before the block begins.
Rescheduling a class
Either the student or tutor may request a reschedule. The request must be made at least 24 hours before the class start time. The other person can accept, decline, or suggest a different time that works for both of you.
Cancellations (with notice)
Each student and each tutor may cancel up to 2 classes per 4-week block, as long as the cancellation is submitted at least 24 hours before class. Cancelled classes are not lost — they are rescheduled on any available day during your block, or in the week after your 4-week block ends.
Late cancellation or student no-show
If a student cancels within 24 hours of class, or does not show up for a scheduled class, that session counts as completed. It is not refunded and is not rescheduled as part of the standard cancellation allowance.
Late cancellation or tutor no-show
If a tutor cancels within 24 hours of class, or does not show up, the tutor must provide a makeup class at no extra charge to the student. The makeup session is scheduled on any available day during your block, or in the week after your 4-week block ends. You do not pay again for that makeup class.
Makeup classes
Makeup classes cover sessions that were properly cancelled under the rules above, or classes missed because of a tutor late cancellation or no-show. They can be booked on any available day during your block, or in the week after your block ends — whichever works best for you and your tutor.
Emergency situations
Sometimes a cancellation within 24 hours is truly unavoidable — such as a sudden illness or emergency. If that happens, contact our team promptly with a reasonable explanation and any supporting details. After admin review, the class may be treated as a standard cancellation and rescheduled only if it is reasonably proved that the situation was an unavoidable emergency.
Payment & enrollment
Each 4-week block is paid upfront before your first class. The price depends on your tutor tier and schedule option. Parents can enroll and manage linked student accounts from one place.
Policies may be updated as the platform grows. If you are unsure how a situation applies to your enrollment, contact our team before class time whenever possible — especially for emergencies.
