Common questions
Do I need a parent account?
If you are 18 or older, sign up as a student on your own. If the learner is under 18, a parent creates an account and links the student profile during setup.
Can I reschedule or cancel a class?
Yes. Either party can request a reschedule or cancellation with at least 24 hours notice before class. Each student and tutor also gets up to 2 cancellations per 4-week block under the standard policy.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on tutor tier and schedule. Default 4-week blocks start at $75 (near-native tutors) and $150 (native English tutors) for the standard twice-weekly plan. No payment until you enroll.
What if my tutor isn't the right fit?
